News & Updates

Added the Guestbook page. Thanks to everyone who has written in over the past two years with information and memories. I've been slow to update lately — work has been keeping me busy. Hoping to scan some Prism Lock cabinet flyers this winter if I can borrow a flatbed scanner. Still looking for anyone who has a working Void Stalker board.

Got a lead on some VectorForge materials from an estate sale in San Jose. A box of documents, some floppy disks, and what might be development notes. The seller wants $200 for the lot, which is more than I can swing right now. If anyone is interested in going in on this together, please write to me.

Update (April 5): The sale fell through. The seller stopped returning calls. If you know anything about this collection, please get in touch.

Updated the Game Catalog with more detailed descriptions. I was able to confirm some details about Gridline Rally's two-player mode after finding an old arcade operator's manual at a swap meet in Sacramento. Also added a section for Dank Armada — the unreleased title I've been researching. Not much is known about it, but I've heard from two separate collectors who claim to have seen C64 disks labeled "DKARMADA."

Happy Valentine's Day! Minor site updates. Fixed some broken formatting on the History page. If you're reading this and you worked at VectorForge or knew anyone who did, I'd love to hear from you. I'm especially trying to track down Martin Hale, Judith Yeun, or Robert Stansfield. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the VectorForge Interactive Preservation Project!

After months of research and tracking down old arcade cabinets, I'm launching this site to preserve the history of VectorForge Interactive. I grew up playing Prism Lock at the arcade on El Camino Real, and when I tried to find information about the company online, there was nothing. No fan sites, no references in arcade databases, nothing.

So here we are. This site will serve as a central repository for everything VectorForge. I have some basic history, a game catalog, and contact information. More to come as I dig deeper. If you remember VectorForge, you're not alone.
